Ph.D. ADMISSION (2025-26)
Online Applications are invited from eligible candidates for appearing in Sanchi University of Buddhist-Indic Studies entrance examination for admission to the Ph.D. Programmes for the Academic Session 2025-26.
The admission to Ph.D. Program for Academic Session 2025-26 will be conducted as following:
1.Eligibility:
a. As per UGC Notification No. F.4-1(UGC-NET Review Committee)/2024(NET)/140648 dated 27.03.2024 there will be three Categories for admission to Ph.D.:

b. For candidates in Block B, the validity of UGC/CSIR NET scores will be valid for one year. Therefore, “Candidates who have qualified UGC/CSIR NET in December 2024 and June 2025” will be eligible.
2. Merit list:
a. For the purpose of drawing the Merit List, 70% weightage must be given to the scores obtained in the Nationalized Test and 30% weightage must be given to Interviews.
b. The above will be applicable for all candidates i.e. candidates from Block A (Category-1) and Block B (Category-2) and (Category-3).

Guidline
- Drawing materials will be provided in the Venue as follows: charcoal, Pencil, Rubber, sharpener, and Paper (Participants are advised to bring colour materials and tools as per their requirement.). Participants can use any Medium for drawing.
- Last date to register: September 25, 2025. Online participants must upload their artwork online by 2 PM on September 25, 2025, and submit the hard copy to the University address by October 10, 2025.
- The winners will be decided by a committee of distinguished experts, with the University having the final say.
- Participants are requested to be present at the given venue for offline mode.
- The winners will be given both certificates & prizes.
