Guidline

Drawing materials will be provided in the Venue as follows: charcoal, Pencil, Rubber, sharpener, and Paper (Participants are advised to bring colour materials and tools as per their requirement.). Participants can use any Medium for drawing.
Last date to register: September 25, 2025. Online participants must upload their artwork online by 2 PM on September 25, 2025, and submit the hard copy to the University address by October 10, 2025.
The winners will be decided by a committee of distinguished experts, with the University having the final say.
Participants are requested to be present at the given venue for offline mode.
The winners will be given both certificates & prizes.
